Is it a WCAG failure if an Iframe does not have a language defined? and if yes under which SC?

Think this is a WCAG failure on the language of parts, In this criterion requires that the human language of each passage or phrase in the content can be programmatically determined. If an iframe contains content in a different language than the surrounding content, specifying the language can help assistive technologies properly interpret and present that content to users. By not defining the language of the content within an iframe, it could potentially hinder accessibility for users who rely on assistive technologies that depend on language information to provide accurate interpretation or translation.
