Layout tables should not be tagged as data tables instead they should be given an appropriate tag either a Heading, paragraph, etc. This is because Adobe Acrobat Pro does not have tags for Layout Table. For the nested list, you may use "List" for the overall list and then use "List Item" for each item within the list. Ensure that the tags are nested correctly in the "Tags" panel to represent the structure of the document accurately. If it is a list within a list item, the sublist should be tagged within a list item body (LBody) because it elaborates further about that list item.
